Yin Yoga for Springtime: 90-min Yin Workshop
Wednesday March 19th, 2025
7:15-8:45pm at Trailside Yoga in Fayetteville, AR
Join Ashleigh for a 90-minute Yin Yoga practice in conjunction with the upcoming season of Spring. We’ll explore themes of clarity, revitalization, self-trust, compassion, and taking “right action” within our lives. Spring is a season of creativity, rebirth, and renewal so during this particular practice we’ll take our time to sweep out the cobwebs and get clear with ourselves about the action we hope to take in the upcoming months. We will plant seeds for the future. This traditional Yin Yoga practice will be woven with wisdom from Traditional Chinese Medicine, focused on stimulating your Liver & Gallbladder meridians (energy lines) to help find ease & inner balance during this specific time of year.
This practice will be restorative in nature utilizing classic Yin Yoga postures throughout, and is open to all levels. The studio will be candlelit and the sequence set to peaceful music. Yoga bolsters, blocks, and blankets provided, but feel free to bring your own props or extra props as wanted. My hope is that practitioners can call upon the themes explored & poses taken during this practice all season long - using them as tools to find ease throughout the season of Spring.
