Yin Yoga for Wintertime: 80 min

This 80-min Yin Yoga class is themed around the qualities of Wintertime. In it, we practice self-care by slowing way down & looking inward - intended to help practitioners find deep rest and “fill their own cup” in alignment with the quiet, dreamy season of Winter. We oscillate between gentle back bending and gentle forward bending postures to stimulate the Kidney & Urinary Bladder meridians (energy lines) which house our body’s “vital energy” or chi. This practice is appropriate for all levels.
