Hi, my name is Ashleigh & I specialize in Yin Yoga & SloFlow. My offerings aim to help students unplug and go inward, as a balance to their busy, outwardly focused lives. I’ve been instructing yoga since 2013.

Through clear cues & slow pacing, my classes encourage students to shift their focus from the quick-paced outer world to the rich soil of their inner world. My classes encourage a consistent practice of self-awareness, and are open to all levels.  

My offerings are heavily inspired by the ever-changing natural world around us. I find that through a recognition of the season’s qualities, we’re able to see how those same qualities are mirrored within our own lives - and to feel more supported and connected as a result.

You can practice with me in person at Trailside Yoga in Fayetteville, AR and online here. Additionally, I offer regular seasonal workshops that utilize yin yoga & an understanding of Traditional Chinese Medicine to help students align with the qualities of the new season.

    sunday evenings 5:30-6:45pm

    join me for weekly 75-minute yin yoga class to close out your weekend. these are classic yin yoga practices (long held passive postures) intended to tap into the deeper tissues of the body & promote restoration. each class will be set to relaxing music & sequenced based around a body region, set of meridian lines, or theme.

  • monday + wednesdays | sloflow

    mondays + wednesdays 4:30-5:30pm

    de-stress & unwind from your day during this afternoon sloflow yoga practice. expect a 60 minute practice with a healthy amount of stretching and slow flowing with emphasis on both alignment & your breath. each class is set to fresh music & sequenced based around a body region, set of meridian lines, or theme.

  • tuesday | 60-min yin yoga

    tuesday evenings 7:15-8:15pm
